Administration (MARAD). The vessel, owned by Marine Spill Response Corp. (MSRC), performed both autonomous and remote-controlled functionalities, overseen by an operator on land, with crew members on board ready to take control if necessary. Sea Machines dem- onstrated electronic navigational chart (ENC)-based mission planning, auton- omous waypoint and grid line tracking, as well as collaborative autonomy for multi-vessel operations, and wireless remote payload control to deploy on- 136,000 board boom, skimmer belt and other response equipment.
