CONTRACTS MANAGER/BUSINESS

The Contracts Manager reviews and responds to all Requests for Quotations (RFQs) and coordinates contract budgeting, proposal preparation, and contract negotiations with

Specific duties include: ¦

Review and respond to Request for

Assume daily responsibility for compliance with terms and conditions of all contracts. ¦

Oversee all US and international business authorizations including import/export pro- cedures and requirements, survey and ves- sel permitting, customs and clearance of

Maintain direct and frequent contact with existing and potential international clients. ¦

Coordinate banking needs with the FSSI

Controller. - Stay generally informed about the business- es of FSSI to perform administrative, opera- tional and executive functions in the absence of the company President.

SEAGOING ELECTRONICS ENGINEER
