A subsidiary of ITT Grinnell Corporation, the Valve Company manufactures and distributes a full line of valves from rugged fire hydrants to sophisticated, high technology control valves in sizes from ^-inch to 12 feet in diameter, utilizing a range of materials from titanium alloys to basic castings of gray iron.
The company's products are available at more than 40 company- owned warehouses, over 130 independent stocking distributors, and 75 specialized manufacturers' agents.
The company's divisions are Dia-Flo of Lancaster, Pa.; Hammel Dahl of Warwick, R.I.; Kennedy Valve of Elmira, N.Y.; Fabri- Valve of Portland, Ore.; and Henze Service of Mobile, Ala.
Headquarters of the company's International Operations is in Houston, Texas.
