Manages equipment use, turn times, over-due and damaged equipment, and ware- house operations of inbound and outboundcargo as well as inventory control. Participates in the short and long term strategic planning, reasonable forecasting, & program evaluation. Prepares operational reports and advises management of poten- tial issues with recommendations. The ideal candidate will possess excellentwritten and oral communications skills withminimum 7 years general management ex-perience preferably in the steamship cargo or related industry with exposure to all facets of the business to include sales, mar-keting, vessel operation, equipment control, accounting, and human resources.
