L'Orange at Marintec China 2003

The electronically controlled injector, the key component of the L'Orange Common-Rail injection system and also the most demanding one as far as material requirements and production technology are concerned, is suitable for www.stresstel.

(814) 861-631 operation up to fuel pressures of 1.800 bar and has been designed in a way to withstand the extreme mechanical and tensile stress resulting from these conditions.

On booth IC45 in the German pavilion at the Marintec China 2003 fair, L'Orange will present information about the present state of modern injection technology by means of a representative range of its injection systems, components and spare parts. Apart from continuous optimization of its conventional injection systems, L'Orange has succeeded in developing new ones for special requirements, such as the use of various types of fuel, or the Common- Rail injection system that L'Orange, has manufactured and supplied in series for large diesel engines. The Common-Rail procedure is the key technology needed to fulfil more and more stringent exhaust emission values and which contributes at the same time to reduce fuel consumption and to optimize engine performance.
