Scientific-Atlanta To Hold Satellite Communications Seminar November 7-9
The Ninth Annual Satellite Communications Symposium will be held November 7-9, 1983, at the Hyatt Regency-Atlanta Hotel located in the Peachtree Center complex in downtown Atlanta, Ga.
Scientific-Atlanta, Inc., sponsors the annual symposium as a service to communications managers and technical personnel throughout the world. As in the past, the symposium is expected to attract a broad range of people from the broadcasting, cable- TV, business, and international communications industries.
Conference attendees will have an opportunity to select from a variety of technical sessions. In addition, Scientific-Atlanta personnel and industry leaders will conduct panel discussions which will cover a broad range of subjects including programming via satellite, high-speed digital transmission, earth station design, teleconferencing, and future industry developments.
The symposium papers, which are setting the standards for the industry, will be presented to each attendee.
