Four Assistant VPs N a m e d By I n t e r n a t i o n al M a r i n e Coatings

Four new assistant vice presidents have been appointed by International Marine Coatings Division of International Paint Company, Inc., New York City. The announcement was made by Wm. Norman Duncan, vice president and general sales manager.

He said the appointments were made to establish greater control of sales and service on a regional basis.

Owen Jones has been appointed assistant vice president/West Gulf and is located in Houston. Mr. Jones was previously West Gulf sales manager, and has been with the company since 1968.

The new assistant vice president/Southeast is Edward D. Siren Jr., with headquarters in Miami. Mr. Siren was most recently East Coast sales manager in New York. He has been with International Paint since 1963, in various sales capacities.

Joseph G. Barecchia has been named assistant vice president/Northeast. He is based in the company's New York executive sales office. Mr. Barecchia started with International Paint in 1972 as a sales and service representative, and was later promoted to New York area sales manager before this appointment.

Thomas M. Curry is the new assistant vice president/East Gulf. He was formerly Central Gulf sales manager. Mr. Curry joined International Paint in 1969 as a sales and service representative. He is based in New Orleans.

International Paint Company is one of the world's largest manufacturers of marine coatings, with plants around the world.
