Ameron Div. Announces Nationwide Appointments
Ameron Protective Coatings Division of Brea, Calif., recently announced the appointment of engineering, sales and manufacturer's representatives on a national basis.
Robert R. McMurchy, marketing manager of the firm's Southwest Region, announced the appointment of Joye Dalton as engineering representative, Fernando A. Turegano II and James W. Crowe as technical sales representatives of the Southwest Region.
Ms. Dalton will work in the Houston, Texas, area, calling on engineering accounts and the petrochemical industry. Mr. Turegano will represent Ameron's protective coatings and cements to the marine, offshore and industrial markets in southeast Texas.
Mr. Crowe will serve the industrial accounts.
K.F. Andersen, marketing manager for Ameron's Northeast Region, has announced the appointment of F.G. Brittle & Co. of Yorktown, Va., as the firm's manufacturer's representative in the State of Virginia.
James Greco, marketing manager for the firm's Northwest Region, has announced the appointment of Cessco of Anchorage, Alaska, as manufacturer's representative for protective coatings, cements and surfacers.
The Ameron Protective Coatings Division manufactures Amercoat® and Dimetcote® high-performance protective coatings, and Nukem® and Nu-Klad® cements and surfacers for a wide range of industries.
These products are used for the protection of concrete and steel surfaces against corrosion and contamination. Ameron corrosion- resistant products are manufactured in Brea, Calif., Buffalo, N.Y., and throughout the world.
Ameron develops, manufactures and markets engineered products for utilities, marine, offshore, construction and industry. Sales for 1976 were over $200 million.
The corporate office is located in Monterey Park, Calif., near Los Angeles.
