ASNE San Diego Section Shown Naval Undersea Center's Operations

The San Diego Section of the American Society of Naval Engineers held its recent quarterly meeting at the Naval Station Officers Club in San Diego, Calif.

Among those present for the dinner meeting was Capt. John M.

Phelps, USN (ret.), who helped organize and was the first Section chairman in 1969.

The guest speaker was Capt.
