Crowley Assigns Ducich To Caribbean Division

John Ducich has been appointed director of marketing/ contract transportation for the Caribbean Division of Crowley Maritime Corporation, San Francisco, Calif., according to a recent announcement by Leo L. Collar, CMC Offshore Group president.

The appointment is part of an expansion of Crowley's tug and barge charter service in the Caribbean.

CMC has also assigned several new high-horsepower tugs and oceangoing barges to its Caribbean Division.

Mr. Ducich, who joined Crowley in 1971, most recently served as marine operations manager in Anchorage, Alaska. He will be located in CMC's Jacksonville, Fla., office in his new post, and will be responsible for developing contract transportation in the Caribbean.

Crowley Maritime Corporation is an international marine transportation firm with interests in marine transportation, construction, trucking and other industries.

Its Caribbean Division operations include Trailer Marine Transport Corporation, Gulf Caribbean Marine Lines, Inc., Interisland Intermodal Line, and CTMT, Inc.
