Free Literature On Fire Extinguishers Available From Kidde

A new high performance, U.S.

Coast Guard approved fire extinguisher for boats, engines, galleys or any other areas where flammable liquid Class "B" fires may occur, is now being marketed nationally by Walter Kidde & Company, Inc., world's largest and oldest manufacturer of fire extinguishing equipment.

Aptly called "Mariner," the new portable extinguisher, engineered to handle fires caused by spills of gasoline, grease, oil, etc., has twice the firefighting capability as the common 5-B :C units on the market.

Backed by Kidde's half century of experience in marine and naval fire protection, the new high-performance extinguishers carry the highest rating from Underwriters' Laboratories for extinguishers of this type and are U.S. Coast Guard approved.

The new units are refillable and of a rugged construction.

They include a corrosion resistant aluminum cylinder with a white nautical finish and a heavyduty strap bracket for mounting.
