Security Bureau Elects W.J. Shields President

Jeremiah J. Sullivan, executive vice president, Security Bureau, Inc., 67 Broad Street, New York, N.Y. 10004, recently announced that at the Annual Meeting of the Security Bureau, Inc., the following officers were reelected: president—William J.

Shields, president, Barber Steamship Lines, Inc.; first vice president— Robert F. Chiarello, president, Pittston Stevedoring Corp.; second vice president—Capt. B.J.

Fennick Sr., vice president, Moore- McCormack Lines, Inc., and secretary and assistant treasurer— Josephine M. Barron, Security Bureau, Inc. In addition to the foregoing, John R. Walbridge, resident vice president, Insurance Co. of North America, was elected treasurer.

The following were elected to the Board of Directors to represent their respective industries in the Port of New York: Steamship—William J. Shields, president, Barber Steamship Lines, Inc.; O.I.M. Porton, president, Atlantic Container Line, Ltd.; Edward Heine, president, United States Lines, and Charles Di Maria, owner's representative in the USA, French Line.
