Worthington Pump Appoints S.V. Ardia
Stephen V. Ardia has been appointed acting general manager of the East Orange, N.J., manufacturing plant of Worthington Pump Corp. (USA).
Prior to joining Worthington, Mr. Ardia was director of international sales for Goulds Pumps, Inc. His international experience includes four years as manager of Goulds' sales office in Singapore.
He is an engineering graduate of the U.S. Merchant Marine Academy at Kings Point, N.Y., and received an MBA degree from Rutgers University, Newark, N.J.
Worthington's East Orange (Ampere) plant produces a full line of standard industrial and process pumps for practically every industry, and its products are marketed worldwide. In addition to East Orange, Worthington has pump manufacturing plants in the U.S. in Harrison, N.J., Taneytown, Md., and Shawnee, Okla. Worthington manufactures pumps in 13 countries.
