Terry To Manufacture And Sell AEG-Kanis Steam Turbines In North America —Literature Available

Terry Steam Turbine Company, of Windsor, Conn., and AEGKANIS, a German manufacturer of steam turbines, gas turbines, and electrical control systems, have signed an agreement granting Terry the rights to sell, manufacture, and service AEG-KANIS reaction steam turbines within the U.S., Mexico, and Canada, according to William L. Wathen, president of Terry.

Terry's marketing efforts will employ the company's North American network of sales offices.

The Terry Service organization will also provide a full range of support services, both for the AEGKANIS machines already operating in North America and the turbines sold in the future. The AEGKANIS product line includes three basic multistage machines—condensing, backpressure, and topping backpressure turbines in sizes to 70,000 bhp or 50,000 kw.
