Hoskins To Head Gulf Regional Office For W.B. Arnold In Houston

Richard I. Hoskins has assumed overall sales and management responsibilities for the Gulf regional office of W.B. Arnold Co., Inc. in Houston, Texas.

Mr. Hoskins's previous experience includes over 20 years in various senior management positions with the Gulf Oil Corporation, most recently as senior vicepresident of Gulf Trading & Transportation Co. from which he elected to take early retirement effective at the end of last year. Prior to this he was employed as a design engineer by the Shipbuilding Division of Bethlehem Steel Corporation.

In addition to his business career he has been active in a number of professional organizations.

Currently he is a member of the board of managers of the American Bureau of Shipping. He also serves as a member of the American Committee of Lloyd's Register of Shipping, the National D e f e n s e E x e c u t i v e Reserve (Marine), and on the Technical and Research Finance and Administration Committee of The Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.

W.B. Arnold, headquartered in West Caldwell, N.J., serves the marine and offshore industries with a wide variety of specialized products and services.
