J&T Introduces Line Of Remanufactured Short Blocks For Diesels

Johnson & Towers, Inc. diesel power specialist of Mt. Laurel, N.J. has developed an extensive line of remanufactured short blocks for all Detroit Diesel engines in the 8.2 liter, 53, 71 and 92 series up to the big 8V-92.

Literature is offered on the blocks.

Dave Kline, J & T parts manager, said the remanufactured short blocks are available at cost savings of 40 percent below completely new ones, yet they carry the same six-month warranty as brand new parts. The rebuilt units may be purchased outright or exchanged. They can be used in a wide range of applications including generator sets and commercial boats.
