Anders Williams Names Johnson And Glass

Rolf Williams, president of Anders Williams & Company, Inc., has announced the appointment of Frank A. Johnson as vice president, marketing and sales, and the promotion of Robert A. Glass to the position of general manager, marketing and sales.

Mr. Glass joined Anders Williams & Company, Inc., two years ago after a four-year period with Seatrain Lines, Inc., and a year with United States Lines. In addition to his present duty of servicing customers for both container sales and cargo for conventional vessels, he will now be responsible for the hiring and training of new salesmen in their future expansion in the South Atlantic.

Mr. Johnson comes to Anders Williams & Company, Inc., with 19 years' experience in the steamship industry. He spent 12 years with American Export Lines, and seven years with United States Lines. In his new assignment, he will be responsible for both container sales and cargo for conventional vessels, with a special emphasis on tobacco and chemical accounts.
